Terms of Service

To utilize specific features of our Services, including the issuance of API keys, you must register for an account. You represent and warrant that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and your API keys. You are fully responsible for all activities and charges that occur under your account. You agree to notify our security team immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting [email protected].

VisitThree grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with your designated subscription tier. Usage of our APIs is subject to rigorous rate limiting and fair-use algorithms designed to maintain the integrity of our edge network.

Prohibited Activities: You explicitly agree that you shall not, nor permit any third party to:

• Circumvent, mimic, or bypass rate limits, quotas, or security mechanisms built into the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of our infrastructure.
• Utilize our programmatic endpoints (e.g., Web Scraper API, IP Intelligence hooks) to extract, scrape, or mine data in violation of third-party robots.txt directives or intellectual property rights.
• Engage in malicious extraction, credential stuffing, DDoS attacks, or transmit destructive code (viruses, trojans) through the Service.

VisitThree maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate suspension without notice and potential legal action.

The Services and all original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to the underlying algorithms, interface designs, trademarks, and documentation—are the exclusive property of VisitThree and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to our intellectual property.

Any feedback, bug reports, or feature requests you provide to VisitThree are entirely voluntary. We reserve the unrestricted right to utilize such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

For enterprise and paid subscription tiers subject to a Service Level Agreement (SLA), VisitThree commits to maintaining a 99.99% multi-region uptime. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access for scheduled maintenance or emergency infrastructure patches. Wherever reasonably possible, advanced notice of scheduled downtime will be provided.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VISITTHREE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; AND (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard international software distribution laws, without regard to their conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after the revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
